"Worth it for the price"
I ordered a personalized book for my nephew and was a little hesitant because I didn’t want to spend money on something that ended up feeling cheap or not worth it. But it turned out nicer than I expected, and the price felt really fair. Shipping was fine too. I’m glad I went for it instead of missing out on a cute gift like this. I’d definitely buy again when I need something small but personal.

"Names turned out perfect for the price"
I was a little hesitant because I didn’t want to spend too much, but the personalised spelling came out exactly right. No issues at all, and really happy with it for what I paid.

"Honestly, really nice quality"
I ordered a personalised item from Identity Direct and, i was really happy with it. I know some people can be picky about personalised stuff, but the print was clear, the colours looked great, and it definitely didn’t feel cheap. My kid loved it straight away, and when I took it out of the box, it was pretty much exactly what I was expecting. I don’t really have anything to complain about and would buy from them again.

"Simple order, no drama"
I ordered a personalised gift while having a coffee on my lunch break, and it was really straightforward. The website was easy to follow, checkout didn’t glitch or anything, and I got updates after I paid so I wasn’t left wondering what was happening. No hassle at all. I’d definitely use them again

"Really helpful customer service"

"Cute idea, but I wouldn’t give it as a gift"
I actually bought this after a friend recommended it, and the idea is really cute. But once it arrived, it looked a little cheaper than I expected. It’s fine for something casual, but I probably wouldn’t feel comfortable giving it as a gift.
